Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time All Dinkin' and Bangin' products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and your location.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 8–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Carriers We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order type.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at pickleball@dinkinandbangin.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Custom & Print-on-Demand Items Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligible returns and exchanges.
